The Artist (cinful) retains the right to claim the illustration as their own, not including the characters depicted within. It is my right to be credited whenever any commissioned work from me are posted or used publicly. You must not remove, obscure, crop my SIGNATURE/watermark, or hide the fact that it is my work in any way.

You are commissioning the Artist for their style that they advertised, The Artist will not adjust their art style to your wants unless it's for specific stylized art style for Music video/Cover songs then the artist will try to do the art style needed for it but not 100% exact copy (applies only for specific commission types).

You must be okay with the art style being a little bit different from the sample images. The Artist strives to improve their art each time they draw.

The artist only does ONE commission at a time to give it their full attention and do their best with it.

Only send me a Vgen request form once you are 100% sure that you want to commission me. You may DM me on TWITTER first if you have any questions that is not in here or there before commissioning me.

Submission of a commission request in the form does not guarantee your commission will be accepted. Please do not feel discouraged if the Artist rejects your commission as they may not feel too confident with their work if they feel that they may not meet your standards or their style does not fit what you are looking for. It could also mean that the Artist's slots are full already.

Commission progress will be discussed via discord or twitter DM's only.

The client (If corporate/company) should ALWAYS provide a contract with clear and concise INFORMATION ONCE THE CLIENT AND ARTIST HAS AGREED ON DETAILS REGARDING THEIR COMMISSION REQUEST.

please respect my queue/progress list. the turn over estimation of your commission only starts once i reach and start on your commission request.

you may check the progress list for commission updates but i will also still personally update you with your commission once i am already in the process of doing it.

I will always update you whenever I can. I will be letting you know if I have to pause your commission due to sudden schedule changes/sickness etc.

NO RUSH ORDERS. Please consider that as I have a queue, I need to take my time to ensure the quality of the work, I also have a busy schedule AND WOULD LIKE SOME TIME TO REST. The usual turn over time per commission may range from 2 weeks to a month depending on the complexity and current workload.

The Artist DOES NOT ALLOW any of their artworks, commissioned or not, to be used for AI art training or any related technology/future inventions in the space.

The Artist will not illustrate depictions of hate violence against minorities and/or groups of people.

The Artist is not obligated to render any service outside of the agreed commission order, and will charge accordingly to the requests made by the client.

THE ARTIST haS THE right to upload WIPS of the commissioned works in my social media or stream the progress, Please let me know beforehand if you'd like me to keep it under wraps (for vtuber models).

Any ill behavior towards the Artist will NOT be tolerated. If it occurs and failure to follow the TOS and conditions that I have provided, I have the right to immediately cancel your commission with NO refunds.

You will not be allowed to use any of the progress images the Artist has sent and the Artist may reject working with the client again in the future.

THE CURRENCY I ACCEPT IS $ / USD.

Commission will only progress ONCE you have paid in half or full after I send you the invoice.

All updates given will be low resolution with my watermark.

Clients are expected to give proper feedback to the Artist. Using only Emoji's to reply is considered not a proper reply. Please give your revisions as detailed as possible.

Sketch phase: there is only a limited number of free revisions (3). Once you exceed, the next revisions will be charged a minimum of 10 USD or more depending on the complexity of the change per revision or type of commission. This does not include if, for example, a detail or part of the character was forgotten by the Artist.

No other revisions to the artwork will be done once sketch has been approved unless paid. The artist will only allow revisions for base colors to ensure accuracy. Revisions and additions past the approved sketch will be charged a minimum of 20 USD or more depending on the complexity of the change per revision or type of commission.

Finished work(s) will only be given once you are fully paid and I already checked that I have really received your payment.

for live2d models: my services will end once the rigging for that model ends. more details/clarifications will be discussed between the client and artist.

finished Artworks will be given to you as a .rar file via googledrive link.
